QR code generator
Turns a link or text into a QR code you can download as PNG or vector SVG.
https:// is added automatically
Runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our server.
About this tool
The QR code is created in your browser and encodes your data directly — no link shorteners or redirect servers in between. That is why it never expires: it works as long as the link itself works.
SVG is ideal for print at any size, from business cards to banners; PNG suits websites and messengers. A higher error correction level makes the code more robust to damage or a logo on top, at the cost of a denser pattern.
How to use
- Choose “Link” or “Text” and enter the content.
- Adjust the error correction level, size and colours if you like.
- Download PNG or SVG — and always test the code with a phone camera before printing.
Examples

Frequently asked questions
Will the QR code stop working at some point?
No. The data is stored in the code itself, not on our server. It only stops leading anywhere if the link itself stops working.
Which colours can I use?
Any dark colour on a light background with good contrast. Many scanners cannot read a light code on a dark background, and the generator warns you about it.
How much data fits into a QR code?
Up to 2953 bytes at level L. Non-Latin characters take 2–4 bytes each, so replace long texts with a link.
